This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you as the user and R55 as the platform provider. By accessing r55.ceo, downloading the R55 app, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all content in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, we strongly advise against proceeding with registration or use of R55's services. Continued use following any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To use r55's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your account usage:

• Must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age to play in your jurisdiction
• A citizen or resident living in a region permitted to use r55's services
• Register under your own name and use personal data that is valid and accurate
• Not currently subject to a self-imposed exclusion through a self-exclusion program
• Only maintain one active account on R55 — duplicate accounts will be closed without compensation

During registration, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. r55 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, including requesting supporting documents such as a national ID, passport, or financial documents. Failure to complete verification may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

The security of your R55 account is a shared responsibility between you and our platform. On our end, R55 protects all data with 256-bit SSL encryption and a real-time anomaly detection system. On your end, there are several important things to keep in mind:

• Keep your credentials confidential username, password, and OTP code — do not share it with anyone
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added account protection
• Contact r55 CS immediately if you detect any suspicious activity on your account
• Do not access your account over public WiFi without VPN protection

R55 will never ask for your password or OTP code via live chat, email, or phone. Any such request is a scam. r55 is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials confidential.

R55 offers a variety of integrated payment methods for seamless transactions for users in Indonesia, including bank transfers (BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri), digital wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay), and QRIS. All transactions are securely processed using full encryption.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit varies by payment method — generally starting from Rp 10,000
• Deposited funds may only be used for playing and wagering on the R55 platform
• Any deposit from a third party will be rejected and returned
• R55 reserves the right to decline or delay deposits flagged as suspicious

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 3 to 15 minutes for the primary method on business days

• The account name for withdrawals must match the name registered on your r55 account
• R55 reserves the right to delay withdrawals that require additional verification for security purposes
• Bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn

R55 regularly offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and loyal users. Each offer is subject to specific terms and conditions listed on the r55 Promotions. The following general terms apply:

• Bonuses can only be claimed once per user, unless otherwise stated
• All bonuses have wagering requirements (turnover) that must be met before withdrawal
• Bonuses cannot be cashed out directly without meeting the specified requirements
• R55 reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through unauthorized or manipulative means
• Promotions have a claim deadline — expired bonuses cannot be reinstated
• Users managing multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses will be disqualified

In the event of a technical error causing an invalid win display (e.g., a jackpot triggered by a system bug), R55 reserves the right to void the transaction after investigation and provide fair compensation.

R55 sports betting covers more than 30 sports with real-time live betting. Specific terms apply to all betting activities:

• The odds displayed are those confirmed at the time the bet is placed — not those viewed beforehand
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except by using the available Cash Out feature
• If a match is cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours, all related bets will be voided and funds returned
• R55 reserves the right to void bets detected as exploiting odds errors (palpable errors)
• Parlay bets are only valid if all selected matches meet the requirements; cancelled matches will be excluded from the calculation

As an r55 user, you agree to use this platform responsibly and in accordance with the applicable terms. Specifically, you commit to not do the following:

• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal activities
• Attempting to hack, modify, or reverse-engineer the r55 system
• Spreading false or misleading information about r55 to others
• Transferring account balance to another user without r55 approval
• Using a VPN or other means to conceal your true location
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage

You are also responsible for all activities carried out through your account, including by any third party who may access it with your permission. R55 strongly encourages the use of responsible gaming features, including daily deposit limits and play-time reminders.

R55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account at any time if a violation of these terms is found. This action may be taken without prior notice in the following cases:

• Found to have more than one active account at r55
• Registration details found to be false or misleading
• Activities suspected of fraud, collusion, or result manipulation
• Use of bots or automated software for gameplay
• Intentional violation of bonus terms
• Unauthorized chargeback requests to payment providers

Users whose accounts are closed due to violations are not entitled to a refund of any remaining balance. However, users who voluntarily close their accounts (e.g., through a self-exclusion program) will receive a balance refund in accordance with the applicable procedure.

While r55 strives to deliver the best service with 99.9% uptime, certain conditions are beyond our control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, r55 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet service disruptions or connectivity issues on the user's end
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user themselves
• Device malfunctions not directly related to r55 services
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that could not have been anticipated

R55 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption. Routine maintenance and system updates will be carried out periodically with reasonable notice to users.

R55 reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

We will endeavor to notify users of significant changes via in-app notifications or their registered email. However, the responsibility to read and understand the latest version remains with the user. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you disagree with any changes made, you have the right to stop using R55's services and request account closure along with a refund of your remaining balance in accordance with standard procedures.
